What this website collects

This website does not run analytics or advertising trackers. Like any web server, ours keeps standard technical logs, such as the page requested and the visitor's IP address, which we use to keep the service secure and working. If you email us, we keep the email and use it to reply to you.

Live chat

Our 24/7 live chat is run by a third-party provider, Braincx AI. A few seconds after a page opens, or when you first scroll or tap, your browser loads the chat widget from app.braincxai.com and api.braincxai.com, and the widget also loads some resources from Google (www.google.com and www.gstatic.com). Loading it shares your IP address and browser details with those providers, as happens with any resource loaded from another company.

If you start a chat, what you type is sent to the chat provider so that it can reply. Please do not put passwords or payment card details into the chat. When we tested the widget, it did not set cookies or save anything in browser storage, but the provider controls the widget and that can change. The providers' own privacy policies apply to the data they handle.

Orders and customer accounts

When you order, you leave this website and complete your order in the client area at my.limitlesshost.net. Personal data you give there is handled under the main Limitless Hosting privacy policy.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Email us to make a request. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
